How do you bypass SEB without detection? I heard about hyperv phantom. No idea what that is

You put the notes in your brain

>How do you bypass SEB without detection?
Why would you require this?

>I heard about hyperv phantom.
Me too!

>No idea what that is
That is where we differ.

>why?
I am trying to figure out ways students can cheat and find a solution to it.
>That is where we differ.
Do you want to close that gap of difference in knowledge?

I thought about adding a paste command, so that when students are finished with the exam, I can prompt their keyboards to paste the last thing theyve copied. But other than that, Im out of ideas.

The way people actually cheat these is by paying someone else to take the exam for them

Look at how it works.

HyperV is a 'virtualisation' technology. It'd essentially allow to spin up a pretend computer to run the SEB inside, allowing outside the container to remain spyware free. According to release notes, they've buffed detection here. Unsure how well.

>I can prompt their keyboards to paste the last thing theyve copied
That'd only give you one entry, tho.
" Additional resources like web pages or whole sites, HTML and PDF documents, even full web applications can be used in exams "
That sounds to me like you could build something that periodically pinches the clipboard... if it's sensible and only notes 'new' entries, you should end up with a list of things they've copied. With an appropriate polling rate.

I don't see how any o this will stop 'em just googlin' via them phone...

I know what HyperV is, i dont know what Hyperv phantom is. I read online that a student managed to circumvent the VM detection by using this and theoretically other machines can be used too . I dont know how true that is and im willing to find out.

>That would only give you one entry, tho.
We only use one webpage and it locks everything in kiosk mode. My idea was that once the students finish the exam, we see the last pasted information. I tested with Keystroke injector ( configured a raspberry pico) and it works if the teachers allow certain command buttons like f5 , f1, esc, enter etc ( most teachers dont even prohibit commands) . Thats where i got the paste idea.

>That sounds to me like you could build something that periodically pinches the clipboard
What do you mean? Any pointers?

> I dont see how any of this will stop em
They have the exams in school halls, not online, and there are 3 people oging back and forth checking for phones.

Seems to be a fork of QEMU, geared towards evading detection, probably for analysing various malware that fails to trigger if it detects it's in a research environment...

>What do you mean? Any pointers?
https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/API/Clipboard
If every X seconds, say five, you read from the buffer, into an array, you can build a list of what was in the clipboard over that session...

>They have the exams in school halls, not online
If there's a curated environment, why'd you need to be watching for VM's? Or clipboard for that matter, as you should be able to control what data exists on the computer. And what data it's able to access...
This SEB appears to go browser based, but it seems able to kiosk itself off, so they *can't* go anywhere but where you allow them...

Nigger you are paying $20k+++ a year to learn something. Even if you are extremely melanated or a Starbucks bookswoman and just want money, why do you think you can just sidestep studying and doing the bare minimum proof of knowledge like everyone else? How do you think your professors feel about the idea of students trampling over everything they prepared for you to just run for the exit? And do you seriously want to fuck with the chance of ending your academic career permanently?
Look, it's finals week, so you and I both know what you want. If it is really that fucked, there is no shame in retaking a class next semester. Every university has a grade replacement policy and a procedure to allow you to declare a withdrawal if you have a private reason.
Same bitching goes to anyone using LLMs on papers, btw. It's fine for lab reports though, fuck that.

SEB doesn't record your screen as it is against the GDPR law.
So just write a program in win32 that creates a toplevel window that cannot receive focus (same flags as for example onscreen keyboard has)
It should be able to run in SEB. Just my first suggestion. (once you manage to create a window like this you can put text on it)
