From helpdesk to sysadmin

Is it worth it?

I live in a country where degrees and certifications are not needed

Actually i'm a microsoft technical support slave, i already use Azure AD and powershell quite often and i have the opportunity to become a windows server admin in 2-3 months as a team will open up here

Is it doable to become a windows server admin in this short delay? Or should i work more and candidate when i'm more experienced

I have been helpdesk for almost 5 years now and it's boring and wages is stagnant
