I'm still struggling to see the point when you have a phone in your pocket. Do you use them? What is their practicality?

Niche gadget for solving first world issues. The only person I know with one who uses it regularly does so because "I don't want my massive expensive smartphone jostling around in my running shorts" and refuses to "wear one of those smartphone sleeves and look like a darn tool"

smartwatches are a meme imo
fitness watches like Garmin/Polar are actually useful if you're into sports and you don't have to charge them every day

good for tracking cardio training. no hr sensor on my phone plus it’s much lighter and easier to run with.
