I think that donations are fine.If the software asks for it, it doesnt speak against it.It says they would rather gain respec and advance themselves, rather than be sneaky and steal/rat you. Thats unethical.Its like with data sharing. You should have the right to opt out. So you opt out, thats only fair. When you opt out and they continue tracking you, that is when the law is broken.I opted out. Of many things.
