Well yea, a decade ago is when USB PD 2.0 and 3.0 specs were released and made that shit irrelevant...

The 6-cell Thinkpad batteries were around $150 for a meager 72Wh. I can get a 90Wh battery bank for a third of that price that works on basically every device I own.

Honestly I can't wait for the hundreds of different proprietary power tool batteries to fuck off.
