If you want 30 years of usage rather than 25, undervolt everything.RAM at base speeds and voltages (no XMP).CPU at 1VFan directly over the motherboard to keep things cool.

I set my power profile to power saver and then with lact I set my gpu power profile to power saver. I just leave it like this unless im playing a demanding game. I also undervolt my gpu with lact but im not sure if it applies while the profile is set to power saver. you really dont notice any difference unless you load a game and it makes my gaming pc generate so much less heat
