There were literally 6 gorrilion people on /g/ complaining that they can't post files from incognito mode. 2 hours wait time is surely exaggeration, but before the hack you literally had to sometimes wait 15 minutes to post, now its only 2 , probably because rapeape noticed that such a long wait time will very soon kill all the remainings of organic traffic on this website.
