>>107537871It turns out RAM compresses really well because you have lots of unused preallocation which are mostly zeros.I some cases compressed RAM can even be faster than uncompressed RAM because the penalty you pay for decompression on the CPU is smaller than that for cache misses.
find free/cheap bulk enterprise PCs. Even the non-free ones are less than half the price of the RAM inside of them.
