Even Windows is for servers (Active Directory, Exchange, SMB and DFS) and you also have LTSC IoT Enterprise(tm) and Intel made SoCs marketed as "IoT" that can run windows. Hell a lot of industrial and commercial dogshit you interact with is probably running Windows, even if Linux running some kiosk shit makes 100000x more sense and would be cheaper.
