My prediction is that in 150 years robots will be a serious thing, not like the robots of today, but intelligent robots that will improve the infrastructure of our cities and drive exponential development. It's unlikely that something like in Terminator will happen, but what is 100% certain is that modern warfare will be terrifying. I can imagine Israel using robots to kill Palestinians... it will be interesting.
