Robots are technology.
I got a robot vacuum, but I need something more. Should I build a robot?

My prediction is that in 150 years robots will be a serious thing, not like the robots of today, but intelligent robots that will improve the infrastructure of our cities and drive exponential development. It's unlikely that something like in Terminator will happen, but what is 100% certain is that modern warfare will be terrifying. I can imagine Israel using robots to kill Palestinians... it will be interesting. In 1900 computers didn't exist, in 1999 computers were just being created and the foundations of what we know now were being laid.

Let's say that in 100 years we will have the robots we've always dreamed of.

100 year is meaningless to us. How about a robot that washes the cloths and folds them?

They show the ai videos and train the robots movements that way with nvidia gr00t.
There wont be robots that can do everything in 150 years there be in like 5

I honestly think we'll have basic companion androids commercially available within the next 30-50 years, when we do they'll originally be seen as weird shit for incels, but once people realize it's basically a live at home maid that can pretty much do all your chores for you most households will have them because the sheer time savings they provide will easily be worth the price tag (which will probably eventually reach like $10,000 for lower end models).
Pretty much the same way roomba's started out as a useless richfag gimmick but now that even $200 budget models come with mapping and lift mops they're gaining in popularity fast.

Im not making a waifu bot im making a sex bot. A maid bot is not a waifu bot either. The only thing that could be is a blank slate robot.
