So, without cooling via air-cooling, one can only radiate some heat away as IR-radiation, which is not very efficient and takes up tons of space for just getting rid of a few kW that way. Server farms produce orders of magnitude more waste heat so cooling a server farm in space is an idiotic concept at best.
