Why is DJI so far ahead of everyone else in terms of quadcopter drone tech?: https://youtu.be/eHJLPAQuxz8?t=712

because i work for them

DJi is the best argument against all the tards screaming about how China never invented anything. Their drones are so good in fact that western companies have copied them.
>>
>>107550891
You're telling me this is amazing, but all I'm seeing is an example of what the word "latency" means.

>Stolen western tech good
So Chinese pulled double reverse uno on westerners ey ?
>>
Probably b/c they can bypass the retarded anti-commercial legislations of the West; they also have plenty of chip manufacturing + most of the rare-earth resources on, well, Earth.
>>

Stop believing everything you see on the internet

He's a respected reviewer. Here's another reputable site reviewing the same device.

You wouldn't be scared of something here would you, friend?
>>
>>107550891
it's easy to "innovate" when you dont have to spend all the money and respurces on R&D
>>
>>107554135
Seems to me that's just a short-term issue - particularly given the kike's worship of $$ .

Yet somehow, China is both leading and stretching out that lead in so many areas with continued time. All the while, the west becomes more pozzed and enjeetified daily. Really makes you think.
>>
>>107550973
Its not a new invention idiot, maybe a little innovation, nothing special
>>
>>107554174
Its not novel technology, its just ai recognizing gestures, guess who has better ai? West doesn't have such tech because we choose not to pursue it

Dji drones are nothing special. just 4 motors inside a frame.
>>
>>107554275
Actually, it's not so-called "AI". It's just well-known object detection and pose-estimation. Both quite 'mechanical' operations these days. Cheap and easy C++ compiled binary in operation, tied back to the PID rotor control system as motion targets.

>guess who has better ai?
Lol. Clearly the Chinese do. DeepSeek is based. faGPT is not.

>Dji drones are nothing special. just 4 motors inside a frame.
Hmm. Please tell us all about the advanced drones that you yourself have created, friend tourist? :D
>>
>>107554351
I work on drone control systems. I'm fairly certain they're deploying an LSTM onto a microcontroller that does the sensor fusion and then rotor outputs.

I think generally in china there are places that are quietly using tiny neural networks for control systems. e.g. dji, bambu. coming out of their ability to do humanoid robots.

It is funny seeing westoids come across this slowly in the open :^)
>>
>>107554417
It's possible. But why? Much cheaper and easier development/deployment cycles using tried-and-true opensource solutions that have been banged on at industrial scale for over two decades now; that can run on 50 cent microcontrollers, at extremely low wattage.

Although I find the collision-avoidance via the pair of fisheyes to be a fairly interesting corner of this product.
>>
>>107554351
>DeepSeek is based
where can i use it for free
>>
>>107554471
neural networks are just better than extended kalman slop. they are just more robust. this is in my experience, working on drones that automatically search indoor buildings to solve hamas once and for all
>>
>>107554351
>well-known object detection and pose-estimation
Oh so it's well known huh? So what's impressive about it then?

are they not just 4 motors inside a frame? What's special about their hardware? Please enlighten us
>>
>>107550891
patent encumbrances
they made it illegal to compete on product in the west
>>
>>107554591
they are and you are right. it's simply because westoids are retards without any skills

I have asked myself this question many times
>>
The current idea is white made the PPT, chink stole the PPT then make it real
