It wasn't doctored. It was taken using Fujifilm's Velvia film that oversaturates blues and greens.

You can get the same result with a modern camera using a film preset.

Yea, I definitely prefer Astia when it comes to Fujifilm. You still get vibrant colors, but it's so much softer that it doesn't make it look like it's fake.
