Does /g/ have a battery daddy, how to discipline your energy storage? Any tips?
>>107564102>Any tips?store & organize ALL your batteries!
>>107564102>only four 9vthat's not enough for any reasonably sized home.
>>107564102>Does /g/ have a battery daddyNo, but they call me daddy and I have a big battery.
>>107564102I do and it's the greatest thing ever.>>107564145I store extra 9Vs in my smoke detectors.

>>107564147Uhh based
>>107564102unused batteries are wasted batteries
>>107564102>>107564102I have one. Best thing ever. All batteries in one place.Find battery? Test it. If good put in the daddy. If not throw away. Best. Thing. Ever.

OVER 20 LBS OF ZINC AND MANGANESE DIOXIDE
>>107564102>coin cells haphazardly thrown together in a single compartmentHow is that not a fire hazard?
>>107565034This doesn't account for slightly used batteries that aren't depleted even by half. You can't combine them with new or heavily used batteries. Also, most devices stop working at 1.2V, some even at 1.3V, but the batteries are still good down to 1V.
These this are the best thing ever. They look cheesy af but it's my favorite organizational things in the house. >>107568386> varied battery state of chargeWhich is why it has a tester. You can use it to find batteries with same state of charge, and put them together. And/or run them in things that require less power, like remote controls. At holidays we put out all these battery power song and dance things. The batteries need pulled for storage. If they're not completely depleted, the batteries go into the daddy and get put in whatever else is appropriate, later. While the testers analog (digital would be better), it also doesn't require a battery itself. Aside from all that, the main benefit is all the batteries are in one place, not in a (or several) junk drawer(s) or spread out all over the house. >>107566452Exactly. They didn't show the back. Pic related. >>107566624It is fr really heavy for its size. >>107566853If you have a brain, you leave them in their little pockets you bought them in, and snip away the excess packaging so they fit in that little spot.
I keep the exact amount of AAA and AA rechargeable cells that I need with only 4 extras that remain in the charger to be swapped as needed.
isn't this like one of the first thing most 3d printing fags print?
if i put a 9V battery in my asshole and someone tongued the contacts would it zap my bussy?
i left a handful of unused coin batteries in a pringles canfew years later I return to it and the batteries had disassembled into metal and powdernow I put tape on the terminals of my batteries when they aren't in proper packaging
I just steal badderies from work as I need them
I just got this fucken thing a couple weeks ago.I now see that it is half price and I am mad.
>>107569350It was for me. I printed enough Gridfinity bins for my current assortment of batteries. It's been nice having them easily accessible and neat.
