He and the handmade dude are not wrong about software getting worse in some ways but they are so obviously wrong about the reasons.

They will go into fine detail about some very specific optimization technique or whatever but it does not fucking matter. Software is written by the lowest bidder (sirs) and nobody gives a shit anymore. The reason is not technical, it is economical.

Sokobond had a trailer at tga, its called order of the sinking star and its coming out 2026. I assume hes going to release jai 1.0 along with the game as the game was basically a way to develop a gamedev toolkit for jai (but thats my speculation)
