>learn to code>learn to bullshitGee, I wonder which is the more useful skill to have?
>>107568790>>107568796Both are useless. If you truly want a career in the future you either need a physical job or just straight up study AI so you can maintain your new LLM overlords.
>>107568790neither.anything done on a computer is a dead career. get a trade.
>>107568809>>107568811Spoken like a true Cannot and Will-not.People like you will always be passed by the future. You simply lack the ability to be anything but a Pareto statistic. Most of you have to be.
>>107568833>t. McDonalds cashier
>>107568790How would they know good liars though?
>>107568790code,read books, write. You could even practise your code skills by structuring your own stories.
>>107568809As a master degree student in AI I can tell you it has a worse job prospects right now than regular software engineering.
>>107568790Boys let me tell you a story of the man and the job. There once was a man who looked for a job but found none, he talked to many, about the jobs that were very few. Then by chance he encountered a man who called himself a boss. The boss told him he was useless and offered him minimum wage, the man full of pride said I am at least worth double the minimum wage, the boss then told the man that this is America, if you want to reach the top, you need to start at the bottom. The man said. America's minimum wage is $0. The boss said fine, I'll give you double. The man so happy accepted this offer and went on off to buy a car, he told them about his new job and showed them the paperwork. His credit rating passed and he bought a car. Then payday came and the man asked his boss where is his money? The boss said 0x2 is still 0. The man outraged asked again and again where is my money? The story goes is that this is America and the man was also illiterate, long story short the man was black as well and was shot by cops later that day.The moral of the story is don't get a job in America.
>>107568932why does this seem believable

>>107568893>As a master degree student in AIwhat the fuck is that even supposed to mean? there is computer science, math and statistics, those are real fields. what the fuck does "in AI" mean?
>>107568984yeah, you just need to throw away any remaining self-respect and your morality. at times I wonder if indians even recognize such concepts or if it's a westerner thing after all.I blame my mother for instilling these "values" in me of always being polite, not harming others, not lying to people, etc. But in the real world these values are a hindrance, and will only lead to other people abusing your good will.
>>107568809>physical jobSounds like someone is sleeping on NEO
>my philosophy degree might not be completely useless after allI'm so back
>>107569121They want someone who's good at rhetoric, not logic or reasoning.
>>107568999probably some meme degree at one of those private scam colleges. There is a abundance of those grift programs that "teach you to master the newest and coolest tech to get you a 6 figure job and asian gf"I almost fell for one of those when I was 19, glad I was too broke for that
>>107568999Nta, AI is literally an entire research field right now
Marketers are struggling because companies have ruined trust in their brands and now they're looking for ways to reconnect to consumers without upsetting anyone about anything. Their internal marketing departments are less than worthless, unable to come up with anything that isn't pushing some social agenda that turns off a large market segment. What they want is a magical story that will connect positive emotions with their brands in the minds of consumers. Society is too divided for that to work on a large scale and if they try segment marketing, other segments see that marketing as a negative against them.

We totally haven't just finished saturating the one for coding jobs so we can lower everyone's pay, please do the same for back-breaking labor. It will be different this time, promise. Surely, you want to be big, bold manly man with a wrench, right? What are you waiting for? It's so simple! GET A YACHT, BE RICH!
