If you really want it to know every single frame then no. You can feed AI videos to describe or transcribe but it has a limit on size and length so it can't be used for Livestreams.
What you can do is use any multimodal model with vision. What you do is to screenshot your screen periodically, feed it to the AI and make it describe everything inside, then feed that description to the AI so it can process it with past context. It gets very complex depending on how often you screenshot your screen. And it will hallucinate if you change window too much or if the game is too fast paced.

I vibecoded an extension for ST and add to my preset a line telling the AI to create a "core memory" which is then saved on a csv file on my device, and automatically added and removed from the lorebook. Instead of summarising everything, I just keep the most important moment and the details around it. I also make it so they can turn off at a small possibility to simulate people forgetting something. Is there a Gemini 2.5 Pro preset that can do cunny? I tried various jailbreaks from the OP, plus some zigger ones, but they're pretty unreliable (yes even the random symbols one).
The messages that do come through end up doing so because the LLM thinks the character is 21, which is limiting for my purposes, as you can imagine. I only found this out by accident because the preset I most commonly use sometimes accidentally spurts out the entire scenario at me.
