I got shortlisted for a PhD assessment

So what do I even do now? Today I was watching some home construction 3d printing videos, an supposedly those 3d printed houses prices went down to be on par with manually builder houses. Eventually they are going to be cheaper, and trades are not going to be an option anymore.

if anything you will need tradies more because those shitty foam houses don't have any reasonable way to run power/water/sewage/etc so you'll still need three deranged spics with drills to make the place liveable

and framers etc. who do the actual structures already got memed out by prefab homes in like the 70s

AND you still need someone to drive the stupid foam blocks/extruder to the site and put them together and such, the ground has to be prepped, etc. there will still be tradies of various sorts,
