>>107583517The second my workload increases because of someone else being unwilling to do theirs I start collecting evidence and report them. If the person we both report to doesn't care, I go over their head. I've had to do it 3 times over the past 10 years and each time had to be pretty relentless about it cause low level managers usually want to avoid conflict and god forbid reprimanding someone or dealing with HR. I'm paid to do a certain amount of work, I'm not picking up the slack for anyone acting in bad faith. They can blow me.

Sometimes I do google searches of the products I've developed as a contractor over the years. Often I find that its use has spread and the product has been a huge million dollar business success overall. I feel bitter every time.
