Is this shit fine for rendering yet?

Yes, just use fedora and sudo dnf rocm. And yes, blender also works.

My intention if I ever bought AMD was to use Fedora + DaVinci Helper since it's meant to preconfigure Resolve to work with AMD cards. But I also couldn't find any benchmarks, so I gotta know if buying an RX 9070 will actually improve rendering over a 3060 Ti.

has worked fine 2+ years on my machine.
just crack studio to get around linux codec issues, and perhaps install va-api plugin if you want to render using your gpu. cpu is superiour in speed, file size and quality with my 32 threads amd cpu tho.

i've installed it in a podman container so that updates don't mess with it.

You won't get the benchmarks.
All productivityfags still using AMD have resigned themselves to never compare against the Nvidia equivalent for fear of knowing they're getting BTFO

Typical retard who don't know shit.

DaVinci Resolve has OpenCL support, I don't see why it wouldn't support AMD GPUs on Linux. I would consult the documentation though.
