Hello sir, I am Pudoo, Microsoft Certified Cloud Expert with 30 years experiences. I have solved many such issues before. Please follow below steps:

Restart computer
Run sfc /scannow in command prompt as the admin
Update all drivers
Perform clean boot
Reinstall Windows
If problem still persists, format C: drive and reinstall Windows. This will 100% fix your issue. I have helped many users with same problem.
