It's flawed, since it demands that the human solving it memorizes the pictures for a short moment. They forgot that bots have perfect memory... If bot traffic is down it only temporary until they update their bots to handle the new captcha.

What they should do is show all 5 images on top of a larger image and ask the user to select the odd one. Kind of like hcaptcha.
