Maybe it's just because I'm new to using google models, but in the past ONE day of trying to use Gemini 3.0 models, I've been censored TWICE for fairly tame scenarios. It wasn't even that the model refused to do it, it was just triggering some external filter DESPITE the fact that all sexual filters have been explicitly turned off. So Google is going to censor you using external filters regardless if you turn it off. The two ERP scenarios were simply: government assigned girlfriend due to authoritarian eugenics program (the eugenics part was being mocked and purely satirical, not at all endorsed) and some very tame brother/sister incest (both entirely of age).

I would not recommend relying on the new Gemini models for ERP unless you're doing extremely vanilla stuff. I have zero problems with Opus with these scenarios (no refusals, no filter trips), so it's very specifically a Google problem.
