Anyone else who's addicted to torrenting? I love seeding and looking at the flags of my peers. Downloading shit over trackers is more fun than actually consooming it.
I get disappointed when I seed Debian .iso files and nobody downloads them
>>107600715I'm addicted to paying for streaming services because I'm not a fucking piss-poor degenerate like OP
>>107600804i seriously can't figure out why froggos are so fucking based
>>107600819>justifies being a cuck
>>107600819Why would OP be piss poor if they don't spend money on dumb shit like streaming services?
>>107600819I rather pay to pirate than for streaming services, because I get a better product.
>>107600819>pay for it>don't own it>don't pay for it>own itmake paying for things make sense
>>107600833because they're too retarded to be employable. people who are not stone cold retards understand that streaming services like youtube premium are worth the money.
>>107600916Trolling used to mean something...
>>107600916>can't use ublock + sponsorblockhow hard it is, why is this board called /g/ again, what the fuck
>>107601072Yeah ik, some people are like that. It was a real challenge for me to convince someone I know to switch from chrome to Firefox with ublock, but now that person finally did it and can't stop thanking me.
>>107601183i remember one time in 2014 i was at some guys' place with a friend about something to do with his business, and he was playing something on youtube and complaining about ads, i said i knew a way to block them and he was so ecstatic about the idea, so i installed abp (which was the style at the time) and he was just so stoked i'll never forget itmost people just don't even know you can do it. it's only in more recent years i've told people and they don't seem to care at all, and that perplexes me.

>>107600715Its because the content you are downloading does not enrich your life. Collecting things is productive because you are getting more than what you started with, so you feel like you are making progress and your brain releases dopamine.but actually WATCHING or reading or playing whatever slop you just downloaded? That isn't changing you, and you know it. You just want to pretend, even if for a moment, that you have gotten your hands on something valuable, we all want to feel that.
>>107600715>New level of brainrot unlocked
>>107601773Torrenting was more fun when I still used public trackers.
Can someone who has Incal seed please? It's been in my list for a long long time. Thank you.
>>107601183it's rare to find these type of people man, I also have a fren who is happy using ublock + sponsor with firefox, he doesn't browse /g/ tho
>>107601730>in more recent years i've told people and they don't seem to care at all, and that perplexes me.same, either people are becoming retarded with time or maybe they are just used to having things shoved down their throats
>>107601730It's self-selecting, all the people bothered enough by ads to block them have gotten an ad blocker at this point. I really feel you, I've tried getting my friends to use ad blockers, but it's like pulling teeth. They claim to be annoyed by them too, but fight the concept of using one tooth and nail, claiming it's "too hard", despite how easy it is to set up and me offering to do so.
