No, redstar os is very custom with their changes obviously being closed source so the changes they made are being reverse engineered to this day.

If you don't know, Redstar OS comes out of North Korea and the only reason we have it is because one build of it somehow leaked in 2015. There was another older leak of redstar os around 2005 and it was themed just like windows xp.
