I am addicted to my phone. If I could throw it away I would but I need it. I want to replace it with a smart watch that can use Apple Pay (for the bus fare), take calls, download 2FA apps, and can’t download web browsers. Which one should I get?

I was thinking of doing this but without cellular that is spyware and instead of a apple watch something like garmin which I believe can be used with no cloud shit just locally on my GNU+Linux computer and just tells time, tracks heart rate and runs and pace and thats it
