>>107606648you could use PDF24 online to make an OCR PDF if not sensitive info, otherwise similar functionality in NAPS2 is pretty good and open source. I haven't used it but there is also a freeware offline version of PDF24 that you could run in a VM not connected to the internet or something

The moment you realise you need an intervention is when you install 3 separate containers on your server to OCR a single page of a webcomic, then uninstall all 3 afterwards because while 90% of what you did was successful, you forgot to check and see if the data you got out was going to be easy to export.In a years time, I will no doubt configure them again, installing another 4 containers on top, just to automate the export process.
