>NEWShttps://www.jpost.com/business-and-innovation/tech-and-start-ups/article-880828Nvidia to invest billions in Israel to build a new campus there. Jensen says it's their second home.>With the official announcement, Nvidia founder and CEO Jensen Huang said: “Israel is home to some of the world’s most brilliant technologists and has become NVIDIA’s second home. Our new campus will be a place where our teams can collaborate, invent, and build the future of AI. This investment reflects our deep and enduring commitment to our families in Israel and their unique contributions to the AI era.”So TLDR if you buy an Nvidia gpu you support1. Genocide of innocent civilians2. Child Sacrifice3. Pedophilia4. Jewish power and control of western governments and institutions
I will purchase an used mobile workstation. Is mobile rtx a2000 really worth paying over something like a1000 or even older rtx3000?Usage: video rendering and blender? Is thinkpad p53 still good for these, if I want it to workfor at least 3-5 more years or should I go with something from hp or dell with a1000?Which intel cpus are safe? Is gen 12 safe from rot?
>Recommending AMD GPUs
>>107625379AMD does R&D in Israel, too. And, has for years.
>>107625389afaik, mobile Intel processors did not suffer the instability problems that plagued the 13th and 14th gen desktop i7 and i9s.
>>107625399>Shilling overpriced gpus that stutter constantlyFor shame
>>107625492Great. Another thread filled with autistic tribalism.
>>107625492Whenever AMD people dispute shit, they always post the same images of the same guy.Is he some AMD shill or paid advertiser or something?
>>107625512The nvidia user is the one inciting the brand war every thread by posting the crab image
>>107625517that's a screenshot i took 6 months ago because back then the AMD vs NVIDIA flame war was still kinda funnyand nicotroon has spammed it 17 times so far
>>107625517The Nvidia stuttering issues in UE5 games has been found by multiple review channels. Not just Daniel Owen.
>>107625517Let them buy garbage. It drives the price down of the decent components. AMD owners are like old barren women convincing young women that they made good life choices, so they can be miserable together.

>>107625379all palestinians are terrorist. thank you nvidia
my pulsar xlite mouse wheel is dead -- whats a decent comany for a good light weight mouse? dont want to spend more than $50. wired is fine.
>>107625717logitech
>>107625583If you are deciding between a few Fast-IPS panels just pick the cheapest one as the performance differences between them (assuming the same max refresh rate) will be minimal and not worth any premium. Only spend more money on the display if it gives you a physically bigger screen, higher resolution, more Hz, advanced panel/backlight (Quantum Dots/MiniLED), or you go OLED.If you live in the US, the INNOCN 27G1R Plus is $20 cheaper than even the Gigabyte GS27QA for the same specs (and most likely the same underlying panel).https://www.amazon.com/INNOCN-Gaming-Monitor-FreeSync-Extreme/dp/B0CJFPXTXG
Thread is completely dead kek
>>107625889Good.
do I need a heatsink for a gen4 nvme if I'm using it as the primary boot/os drive and it's going to be sitting half underneath the GPU? are heatsinks worth it in general or just a marketing gimmick?
>>107625950Just use the ones that came with the MB.
>>107625950Best practice to use one, especially if it's your main drive. Cheap insurance.
Can somebody tell me the point of DLAA when all it does is tax the gpu for minimal gain?In some cases you actually use detail over just playing the fucking game native
>>107625950>or just a marketing gimmickThis.Gen4 NVMe doesn't get hot enough to warrant the need of a heatsink. Expecially when it's just a boot drive. NVMes only get hot when they are being written to, NOT read, but being written to. If it's an OS drive it will have minimal writes. Even if you are writting big files, as in 600GB+ files, then it might get slightly hotter, but not hot enough to damage it.Gen5 NVMe is the same. Except if you are writing big files then it might be worth getting a 3rd party heatsink. Gaming doesn't write big files constantly. Writing big files is things like video editing or music production or working on 3D stuff. But being an OS drive, then it's not worth it.tldr, if you're using a Gen4 NVMe then don't waste your money. If you're using Gen5 then only get it if you work on big files, not for a boot drive or as a game drive.
>>107625889nicotroon stopped arguing with xerself
>>107626000Best AA that has ever existed. You only uses it when you have HP to spare, or you are playing a movie game.
>>107626040i can run it but that doesn't account for the loss of detail and extra strain when using particle effectsWould it make a bigger difference under 4k native because I'm not seeing it
>>107626050Yea 4k is where is shines. I think it looks great compared to the other AA alternatives.
How the fuck are you meant to decide which CPU cooler is the best when every site and channel have different results? hwbusters say the LF, GN says the TRYX (fuck that, i'm not paying that much for a meme screen), the Corsair Nautilus is near the top in GN but low in others. Atmos in non-argb can't be found in Bongland for some reason.Same with Mobos. Would be so much easier if the Aorus x3d was available in Bongland but they don't ship em over here.
>>107625749yeah, trying to decide a budget entry level/low end 2k monitor, mostly for non-competitive gaming and watching/reading weebshitas you mentioned, I'm not really finding any major differences to make me consider the more expensive options at allnot from the US, so INNOCN is not an option heremight just settle with the gigabyte then, thanks
>>107626148Morecoco used to stock them, but I guess they ran out.You can get them Ebay. The X3D stuff is a bit of a gimmick, though. It's just an OC profile really.
We ri rike it?
>>107626148Yeah, that x3d stuff is a joke. I have the X870e Aorus Pro and that x3d put me lower in benchmarks. It's a good board, but that feature, I could do without.
>>107626421I like raw aluminium. Not bad but lets be real in how many cases does this actually fit without looking retarded?
What should I look for in an internal HDD these days? I know I want to avoid SMR. I know I want 8TB+. Obviously I want it to last a long time. Is there any easy way to check how many platters a certain drive has? Are there spreadsheets for the most popular drives like there are for SSDs?
>>107626448all those ancient Lian Li and Zalmans
>>107626448Basically just the Fractal North and other cases in that "Scandinavian Dehumidifier" style.
>>107625337Why do you keep using these pics as op, and making two threads? Is it about Nvidia and AMD again?
9060 xt 16gb or rtx 5070 12gb for gaming at 1080p with an i5 12400? the 5070 is about 50% more expensive where i live, i currently have an rtx 3060 12gb
>>107626495He's been doing this for several threads now. It's some AMD shill, thus why the OP has been changed to shit on everything besides AMD.
why are AIOs shilled so much when air coolers do the job just fine?>muh OCdon't care
NO THIS CAN'T BE HAPPENING /PCBG/ SAID RAMAPOCALYPSE WOULD LOWER CPU PRICES
>>107626510>several threadsSeveral yearshe's still coping from buying an XTX for over $1000
>>107626527These are bait articles to inflate markets, whenever I see these articles from some outlets I can see the trickery. They tried this shit with the sata SSDs last week only for them to shut the fuck up once Samsung told them it was a lie.I'm tired of this shit and so should you.
>8g ram
>>107626506What's wrong with your 3060 that you need it replaced? I'd think that would do 1080p fine. If not, the 9060 XT 16gb is the better choice with that CPU. If it were a more powerful one, I'd have gone with the 5070 and game at 1440p. The 9060 crushes 1080p.
>>107626554>Using a GTX 980 w/4GB VRAM
brehs, should I do it? I only want a 1440p monitor at this time since I just have a 3090
>>107626567it still runs everything i want to play but i have the money and thought about upgrading it before gpu prices blow up too so i dont get stuck with this 3060 for two more years
>>107626589>34">curvedDisgusting. ONly get a curved monitor if it's an ultrawide or something. Curved screen on such a small monitor will look like shit.
>>107625956>Just use the ones that came with the MB.I'd do that but the only heatsink is for M2_1 and the motherboard doesn't recognize my nvme when plugged into M2_1 only M2_2 or M2_3. hoping that MSI gets around to releasing a bios update later that fixes the issue but MSI 870 boards have problems with their M2_1 slots with some nvme's not being recognized in bios.has anyone bought open box motherboards from amazon or microcenter? thinking about doing that but always concerned when it comes to motherboards.
>>107626616Fair enough. 9060 XT 16gb is my recommendation.
>5080 has worse lows then a 9070xtexplain yourselves, nvitards. is the driver overhead really that bad?
>>107626659Why do you do this daily?Something going on at home?
>>107626627it is an ultrawide
>>107625379I want RDNA5. I'm going to pair it with my 7800X3D on a budget ITX mobo and hope it stays cool enough.
>>107626673some nvitard retard posted it in the last thread when he compaired a 5080 to a 9070xt. i just found it funny how the readeon despite lower fps has still better lows then the 5080.
>>1076266590.005 Yuan has been deposited in your account, and your social credit has improved!
>>107626589Please No. 1440p Ultrawides look like trash in person because they stretch and dilute the resolution over too large a panel size creating a lot of Screen Door Effect. For nearly ~$500 you can get a 4K Mini-LED LCD (just render games internally at 1440p and upscale the output with FSR/DLSS or turn down settings etc) that will be worlds sharper, have better colors, and brightness:https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0F7LR12VWhttps://www.displayninja.com/ktc-m27p6-review/https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JranOxeRXHcOr a 1440p MiniLED-IPS for ~$320:https://www.amazon.com/MiniLED-FreeSync-AdobeRGB-XV275U-F3biipprx/dp/B0FKNFHZH9Or if it were me, I'd get a 1440p QD-OLED at that budget:https://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/1848592-REG/msi_mag_271qpx_qd_oled_e2_27_wqhd_qd_oled_240hz.htmlThat will give you night-and-day better image color (colors, viewing angles, contrast) than ANY LCD at ANY price. Plus instant pixel response for games in motion.
