Why did America outsourced parts of its tech industry?
Not only a lying Jeet, but also a dumb fucking nerd. Also take this shit to /pol/.
Seems from where I'm standing that only elite Americans celebrate mediocrity when it's best for their bottom line. And that shit trickles throughout society.
>>107628323Honestly, I think he's probably right to some extent, but the major reason is that getting an education in America is insanely expensive. Whereas other countries provide free university education to its people, America demands that you pay an insane amount of money to be able to go there. This means that going to uni is not something that is contingent on your intelligence or other capabilities, but on your financial situation. As a result, companies have difficulties finding recruits among the native populace, as the mechanisms hinder matching citizens to jobs according to ability. And so we get infinite indians and chinese.
>>107628358To elaborate. I have faith in my country that provided I'm not working for a shitty company my hard work would get me somewhere. It would be recognized and I'd naturally be rewarded for seeing what needs to get done, doing what needs to get done, and helping the company.Meanwhile if you're American they just lay you off to appease investors in the most short term mental damage they like to pretend is leadership.Under such a system why wouldn't you embrace mediocrity? If your efforts are ultimately meaningless.
>>107628323DEIWork life balancePolitical propaganda that tells you to hate technology
>>107628423I think American's brains are absolutely riddled with holes from all the partisan propaganda they consume on a daily basis. Can't imagine that helps with anything.
>>107628454Its worse in Europe where they worship the WEF thoroughly. In America, only ~50% of the pop do. In the end, its communism v capitalism. Chinese gov has unironically rejected communism and embraced full capitalism.
>>107628323>be pajeet>reach high position>fire expensive whites>hire cheap pajeetsSimple as.
>>107628467Ah I see you're one of the Americans with hole riddled brain. My condolences.
>>107628478Tribalism is really the best way to describe why their culture is harmful to the world. The fact that they manage to use it so successfully in the United States should warrent a study of sorts.
>>107628323why that not american culture dont work in their countries?
>>107628323Picrel is right about the culture part. "It's good enough" is a plague upon society. Also, have you seen the school curriculum of 6th grade? It's SO easy to cheat all the homeworks and assignments. No wonder there's shortage of smart students nowadays
>>107628531~40% of American adults has reading level lower than 6th grade. Illiteracy rate is extremely high in US
>>107628323Reminder his wealth comes from scamming a Alzheimer medication with the help of his mother and once that was revealed his entire image ended over night. Crazy how even at the top end a jeet is gonna jeet
>>107628375...And yet 40% go to university. How many psychology majors does a country need?If you're smart (or a "disadvantaged" "POC") you get a scholarship.College has become the new high school and we keep shoveling money at it so there's every incentive for them to continue hiking prices while admitting and retaining idiots.
>>107628323What's that fucking dhalit dung elf been up to recently?
>>107628323i disagreecompanies hire h1b because the demand for engineers is high af and the acceptable bar for a good one is super high, so you can’t possibly limit your pool to one countrysometimes you just need to go for the simple explanation
>>107628495most companies with jeets behaivng like that will inevitably fail in the long run though, i don’t think it’s an issue unless there’s no competition (aka an artificial monopoly lobbied through regulation)
>>107629211They're indentured servants that are cheap as fuck and won't risk complaining about work conditions. Once an Indian gets to a managerial position, he'll only hire more Indians.
>>107628495The USA is finding out what a high trust society doesn't look like.
