Unironically don’t. pip and a requirements.txt file are all you need in 95% of cases. Sometimes I’ll use uv for larger scale projects I'm leading.

I've banned myself from trying to write anything in Python. If I need to modify Python code then I'll just shovel it into Deepseek and let it do the work.
