Would you get a brain chip implant just to shitpost on /g/?
>>107649701lol noi cant even be arsed to evade my bans because that would imply turning off my router for 15 mins or so
>>107649719Imagine doing it just by thinking about it?
>>107649725nah, not for 4keksfor programming though, thats a whole other storybut also i think with time were gonna have non-invasive sensors
>>107649701no my excuse is that i occasionally use machinery and do not trust strangers
Please think "COCA COLA" to continue browsing.
>>107649701>captcha gets new update>chip is now worthless because it no longer receives updates
>>107649701broadcasting ads and woke propaganda straight into your brain
>>107649701>assuming I don't already got oneancient tech desurolling stonesyou don't want it
Yeah, if it's safe enough why not, I imagine that it's sorta like living without the internet or pc/smartphone now. You can do it, but you'll be left out.
>>107649701brain chip implant means all your thoughts will be directly uploaded to google and meta's servers.
>>107649701No way am I going to let some quack install a chip in my head
>>107650269>Exabytes of literal noise being streamed every second>Need a supercomputer for every single human to filter through everything and decipher the user thought about a product to show him an adYou're more at risk of a brain chip pinching a vein or shocking your brain or some shit that makes you comatose
>2043>finally get my google niggalink installed>but i got the poorfag model with four Cortex-A53s and 32GB of eMMC>also couldnt afford the ad-free model, wake up to sheboon food delivery ads every dayfuture looks bright
>>107649701>brain chip TOS: Dont think about the nigger word>Me: thinking NiggerNiggerNiggerNigger>Chip and brain deactivates
>>107650944They won't need exabytes to stream the thoughts from your tiny little brain.
>>107651004this
>>107651004The neuralink chip compresses/filters all data with their chip so it only operates <10mw for longevity, reduce risk, etc. Its just control thoughts thats being transmitted from chip to bluetooth controller on PC/devices which acts as your key/mouse input. Raw processing is in few hundred Mbps of data, but from there to bluetooth, its few Kbps of control input. Now if it was a non-BCI tool thats always connected to a power, like a headset that has brain scan feature, then that can scan your entire neurons and not have to worry about any power limits so they can scan hundreds of Mbps or Gbps of raw neuron data if they want to as the processing power can be done via 1000x larger battery bank. So unironically, you're safer with devices like Neuralink as it has power and compute constraints built in to limit the scope. At least in this aspect and atleast for now

I once had a schizophrenic delusion while I was in prison that I had a brain chip implant that allowed my victim to torture me remotely
>>107649701brain chip is useless for anything but replacing computer input deviceswhat we need is a complete replacement for sensory lobes that can interface with the frontal cortex(for interacting back with a computer via sensory thought if wanted)imagine replacing your sensory cortexes with ones that can directly stream HDMI 4.20 8K 420hz bing bing wahoo and 192khz 32 bit float audio and back to a PC if you choose to do so
