Are the Sennheiser HD 560S headphones a good deal? Not really a massive audiophile, I just want good and not insanely expensive headphones I can plug into my Macbook Pro and guitar amp.
>>107675284Yeah. I haven't tried many headphones so I can't compare them to much but they seem good. They're comfortable too, but they were a bit tight for the first few days.
>>107675284Value for money king used to be Hifiman HE400se. Recently released Fiio JT7 is possibly better but too new to know how it will hold up long term.
>>107675284I'm using predecessor HD569 for several years now, mainly because back then I was looking for headphones in the 120-150 EUR range that didn't have imitation leather on the cups. I'm overall satisfied with them in regards to sound quality, but they're lacking in bass. This website compares them both and the 560S looks better in several fields, but due to the higher impedance, they recommend a small amp.https://majorhifi.com/sennheiser-hd560s-vs-hd569-comparison-review/
>>107675284I just don't see any point in buying these over DT770s. I've owned A LOT of headphones but so far I always jam with my DT770 for their superior comfort and sound quality. 32 ohm model ja a short 3.5mm cable, 80 ohm version has a longer cable and 250 ohm has a coiled cable. If you are just plugging it to a laptop, the 80 ohm is the one you want, if into an interface, 250 ohm. Sennheiser is good if you get an HD600 but otherwise rather meh. Not bad, but not great either.
You don't need more
>>107675284They have no bass. Sound like ass like all Sennheisers. Get some Skullcandy's with the bass slider, literally all you need at that price range and more fun too.
>>107677439>>1076782292/2 And NEVER buy Beyers, utter garbage with insane treble spikes which will make your ears bleed. Jeezus, it goes without saying.
>>107677877those burned me the bastards
>>107677877moondrop just nuked koss
>>107677877I need more.
