I bought an ATK VXE Mad R Major 1k mouse. I'm having some trouble with responsiveness, it feels like the mouse kinda hangs when my CPU is being used more than normal, like opening a program or loading a game. This doesn't happen with my Logitech superlight pro.Anyone know why this happens?

I'm not entirely sure what pic related does though, it's the only semi-intetrsting program on the whole laptop. Other than that, it's completely clean.
