Instead of being mad at the companies for this insane belief that employees are not required, they slather on a layer of generational warfare and now you have 20 somethings screaming at 50 somethings, while the companies are firing all of them and refusing to let any of them through the hiring pipeline. In the end this will destroy large segments of the economy since fully automated companies do not exist yet and human employees are still necessary. Even if 90% of jobs are adult daycare, that last 10% are what makes everything continue to operate. Companies historically have been unable to determine who is in the daycare category and who is in the essential category. Now they don't even recognize that the 10% are a requirement.

Lots of people are graduating without the ability to do even the most mundane tasks on their own. Companies love to push the teamwork angle but still require individual employees to often complete large complex tasks on their own. For those raised on the expectation that everything is done as a group, they become lost without the guidance of the group collective voice.
