YOU are almost at the end of the road.YOU will fail to make the transition to an AI world.YOU are utterly outmatched.
I never had a job so it doesn't bother me at all
>>107689098Same goes to YOU, the overlords you worship will back stab you and you will be the first of many victims who never succeed in the real world.
>>107689119Nope. I have capital. I'm not a fucking joke who has to sell his labor to survive.
>>107689098Shitass manual labor jobs aren’t going anywhere. And that’s what I do right now.
>>107689141Capital is worthless, cash is king, you loser.
>>107689098I'm a home inspector, I think I'll be fine. You'll still be brown regardless lmao
>>107689098I'm quitting the digital world altogether. Real shit happens in the real world.
>>107689098You have no idea what's coming. I got a preview of Hexpa 7.6 and you are not ready for what is going. We are talking a completely radical shift in the world as you know it. Be prepared. But you can't be.Because you have no idea.
>>107689098I'm thinking of becoming a hairdresserI'm gay anyways so who cares amirite?
I use AI at work a lot because I'm lazy. There are three things that prevent me from being replaced by AI. The most obvious is the hardware side of the business. I don't just manage software. Then there's the understanding. You need a good understanding of how everything works if you want to write a prompt that won't get utter garbage. That brings me to the most important thing. Debugging. Having the ability to look at a pile of vibe coded slop and see why it isn't going to work without even running it saves so much time. Regardless of if you ran it you need to understand why it's not working and possibly suggest how it could be fixed or you will just waste your time.
>>107689098After the economic apocalypse rand will return from the heavens to the sound of seven stock exchange bells and cast altman into the bottomless pit
>>107689098I left the meme tech field and my current firefighting job isn't really replaceable my AI (at least not in my lifetime), so not my problem, does not affect me personally, etc etc.
>>107689279Idk, I doubt those things won't be AI-workable within the next year or so.
>>107689309AI can't manage a rat's nest of HDMI cables. It can tell you the right direction to point your TV antenna in but it cannot install it on the roof. It can configure your router (I made it do that already, lmao) but it cannot put the cables into the wall. While the business I'm in relies on software and code there's more to it than being a code monkey. AI is just a tool to help me work faster. It's not a replacement.
>>107689098I use it to gen images, videos, refactor code, write functions and some pornfic.>Well that's because you're a zoom–I was born in 1967. It's my job to keep up with trends.
>>107689279>>107689350Being relegated to unfucking slop or untangling cables isn't very inspiring
>>107689369>unironic 58 yr old UNC genning aislopew STINKY!
>>107689369based boomer
>>107689391If you were employed you would understand that if you are getting paid the same amount doing less work as opposed to more is desirable. You are forced to untangle the cables regardless. But some code that would take you 30 minutes to an hour to come up with can be shat out in minutes then you jump straight to testing it.
>>107689098rest assured, I'm literally and unironically irreplaceable by either machine or software.
>>107689442We are still waiting on a measurable increase in productivity as you know
>>107689098I know I’m gonna commit suicide soon. Im such a fucking loser and a retard
>>107689141Based shitler never doing any actual work your entire life other than putting daddy's money into some insider trading and hiding behind important women.
>>107689098> impending AI collapse> society laughskek
>>107689279> thinks entering a prompt a special way will magically allow him to keep his jobkek you're funny
