Why is AI so hated?

It's mainly because of RAM prices going up and Microsoft shoving its shitty Copilot spybot everywhere in Windows 11. Exclude those two and most people are cool with it; AI art and translation are awesome for example. There's probably been more art produced in 2024-2025 than all years of human history combined.

This lead to me actually learning and understanding the tools I am using.Nowadays meaning just the last years people just asks the chat ai to do what they want to do. When asked what they just did they dont know. When someone is stuck on a problem now. I think it is genuinely hard not to get tempted to use the chat ai to solve the problem instead of reading the manual and solving it by yourself. When the problem is solved, few people try to understand what the chat ai did to solve it.
