Which audio codec and bitrate settings do you prefer to listen to your music?

should i use opus beyond 150kbps? most of opus around are between 132 and that. more should i go higher for better quality lets say 256? to match and be sure im getting better quality than mp3@320kbps?

>>107692042thanks, ill read more into it later. but in your experience/opinion, would i get a better quality opus@128 than a mp3@320?ive never encoded it on my machine, my experience with opus is from youtube music, and god knows where or how they get or encode that. everything is on flac/ape. i recently download some mp3@320 and i found some of it doesnt sound that great.
