Half-venting, half-serious inquiry: why the fuck is Google shadowbanning (shown to only me while logged in, not shown to anyone else or to me while logged out) the following comments. Separate comments on separate lines, all shadowbanned:
>About hardware: even back in 2016 I needed 128Gb of RAM to provide a service for my clients on a level that they expected, in 2025 that's a Threadripper with 8x32 and 24Gb of VRAM at minimum.

>My company will outperform anyone who has inferior software, hardware, and less efficient pipelines. Outperform on money and on time. Clients expect top end results with a quick turnaround.

>Another example, I have 3 large screens because over a year, it's far cheaper for me to buy 2 extra monitors, than to constantly waste time alt+tabbing to view references or communicate, etc.

>But nobody would ever need 3 screens because you can do everything with 1 screen also, right? That's the difference between tinkerers and professionals: time = money.

(arguing with a faggot saying my shitty thinkpad and opensource toys can do *everything*)

Is Google fucking retarded? I haven't been able to converse with anyone for the better part of the last 5 years. The same bullshit, have a casual conversation going (or try to have), then check it while logged out and see that 70% of what I've posted has never appeared publicly. Sometimes the most mundane shit gets autodeleted like: "I wish you happy holidays, mate". At one point I tried to help some guy out by typing only "You can find it by googling *some mundane shit about computing*" aaaand shadowbanned. I may use my phone and an alt account, still the same shit. What in the ungodly fuck is going on? Not a single swearword. Not a single no-no topic. And then there's endless fucking botposts with the same exact spamcontent on every fucking major fagtuber 15 seconds after publishing a video. Oh then they are powerless, nothing they can do. Fuck them with a rusty iron spike. What the fuck is their problem?

>Youtube comments shadowban
This is why I stopped using the YouTube front end.
YouTube disallows you to engage in serous conversations that aren't like same old memes anything longer that a few sentence is a risk of getting your comment removed. it's not shadow banning as it is withhold. it's also YouTubers who set the filter highest.

Btw this also explains why there are so many monkey in the comment section.

To what ends? What's their goal? Sanitize everything for the absolute creme de la creme normie retards who use YouTube only on their TVs? So the only thing Matthew, 57, can see are a few *crying-laughing* emojis at the bottom of some mainstream news-channel videos on their living-room TVs? (no idea if you can't even see comments on TVs as I've never owned one).
>>
how brain damaged you need to be to think posting a comment on youtube is a good idea

Unlike this devil's sewagepipe over here?

Channel owners can shadowban you as well. Someone must of thought you were too stupid to even exist.

I don't know I think it's way to keep the users stupid, it's dumbified newspeak, that's what I think because I have never had many likes on any of my comments till I posted a garbage meme to test it and surprisingly that wasn't shadowbanned (in a while) and that was the time I gave up 2019ish when that happened, because It became clear what they want.

i have noticed this, if you say negative things about a topic, it gets like zero likes 75% of the time

Allow this video to explain it anon.

Absolutely not, if you watch any AI Topic it's not positive, it's rather very negative.
It's more to do with the YouTube drone culture/ mindset and expectation, nuance is illegal, and if you try then you are the next that get's 'canceled'.

Copy the direct link to your (or better, the parent) comment, open a new private window in your browser, go there and see if it appears. Back before they utilized AI to sanitize everything they had some kind of system where the words were "weighted". When your comment touched on too many naughty topics (higher weight), or had too many negative words in it (e.g. "bad", "ignorant", "horrible", "catastrophic", "insane", "accident", etc, words with even remotely "negative" undertones, usually lower weight), you reached the weight threshold and got your comment deleted or shadowbanned. It could be tricked by splitting your comments in smaller segments thus lowering the overall weight of the comment, or learning to write between the lines. I messed with their classic auto-censor for almost 3 years, copying, rewriting, splitting comments to find out exactly what words triggered the shadowban or deletion, until they started utilizing GPT and discarded the old system. The AI is scary good at even reading between the lines now, so that's no help in many cases.

You're not even a least bit curious why one of the biggest public platforms on the planet is censoring some of the most mundane shit? Just for shits and giggles? With absolutely no agenda behind it? You're either a retarded faggot, or idiot in the original Greek to Late-Latin sense of the word.

NTA, but he's right. A channel owner can do whatever they want with your comments.
>>
>>107696030
Not him.
But that doesn't necessarily mean it is the creator if you actually have used the platform for a long time, this is only true for maybe the first 3 days or so most let their comment section turn into a jungle and let Youtube's automation deal with it.

I'm a channel owner. Picrelated is what you can do. You're fucking clinically insane if you think channels go around and (pre)ban first time viewers.

Where did AI lie in this video?
>>

>With absolutely no agenda behind it?
I can assure you, there is an agenda.

Quite what that will be I lack sufficient data to conclusively evidence, But by controlling the scope of data input to a system you can control the scope of potential output from that system.

>have a casual conversation going (or try to have)
Don't use someone else's soapbox to stand on. You can't say shit when they inevitably kick it from under you, when you do.

>>107695966
Me either. But there's plenty that are stupid enough to.
Besides. Having nothing to say *right now* isn't a good reason to write off the concept of free speech as useless.
