With tech jobs becoming ever more scarce as AI keeps replacing human workers, is trades the better option now?
>>
>>107695290
I don't think it's primarily AI that is replacing human workers, especially the tech industry is generally just extremely saturated. So a trade is not a bad idea for anyone starting out today.

>The majority of White young Americans go to trade schools
First of all this is not the correct order to write those words in, second of all that is very fucking obviously not even remotely true.
>>

no. if you're smart enough to be a software engineer get into law or something instead. trades are for, by and large, retarded perverts. stay away if you have any self respect.

This is the future /pol/ wants because they think college is a scam.

>but starving fired from tech guy can make it for 20% of your proposal
if they were smart at all they would see this coming
But nobody can replace them lmao

I think I read a post on /adv/ years ago highlighting how trades are even more nepotistic than trying to get a job at Microjeet.
>>
>>107695714
trades are all over the place but a good majority ends up being gay shaped cogs that one of your gay shaped teeth are snapped off by boomers mcmansion machine, as long as you aren't supporting boomers getting to loot social security and make the US an endless rent suburb then you might make me lower my tone

Because Goldstein Shekelberg, who works admission at all the Ivy Leagues, only admits "whites" that are either legacy or part of the tribe. The remainder must be "diversity"

Tech/office job - pointless depressing but your back is healthy
Trades - less depressing because at least you get to go outside more often. Your back will be fucked for life though.
>>

Office work fucks your back too.
>>
>>107695764
Yes, it is much more nepotistic. You need to work under a company for many years before you can take licensing exam for general contracting, electrical, plumbing, etc. The issues with low quality and cutting corners you would also find in trades.

Just buy that damn aeron Miller chair

>Ivy league discriminates against White Americans even going as far to eliminate via essays after DEI was called unconstitutional.
I wonder why.

I have one and my back hurts more with it. Can't sit on that damn thing more than a couple hours.

>Can't sit on that damn thing more than a couple hours.
Here's your problem. You have to take breaks from SITTING every HOUR. Your body needs to flex to stay flexible. Couple of minutes of walk and STRETCH Is enough. Try it and you WILL thank me later.
>>
>>107696110
Back pain is 99% of the time because of muscle imbalance, literally just lift
>>
>>107696310
I already get up every hour to drink water and take a piss. I don't see stretching alone making a chair comfortable.

>is trades the better option
For vast majority of people, yes.

>universities
Thats only good if you got high IQ and high ambition. Otherwise its just a waste of money. Trade skills pay living wage quite easily and your expertise develops with more time that it become very valuable
