Have you tried stopping being a spamming jeet and instead make fewer applications with more effort, with a proper letter of introduction to positions that are the best fit possible?

It's a huge pain in the ass to tailor your resume/cover letter for each application and does take way longer than it should, but I don't know how you people can complain about being unemployed if you just spam the same template over and over to hundreds of completely different job postings.
