I have managed to fix the voice settings with changing the values default.clock.rate and default.clock.allowed-rates in some config file, but I still can't understand why this shit goes mute if I turn it below 10%. And why is it in general more quiet than it was on Windows.

It seems like there is no linux support for this device from the manufacturer. In this case you will only get limited functionality from this device on linux

Based on comments of this post
https://unix.stackexchange.com/questions/798254/linux-and-diy-connection-to-dac
it sounds like linux is falling back on a standard UAC1 protocol which explains why you are getting sound at all.

Regarding the quiet sound, somebody else has reported this problem with KA11 and described their fix:

(Fedora uses pipewire -- in my experience pavucontrol works for it)
