For a laugh, let's find the absolute worst most shittiest computer possible that's being sold brand new (not preowned).

Rules: it has to be a real computer that can run a real OS like linux or windows, and without hardware hacking or jailbreaking etc, so not some chromebook fischer price toy or something like that. And it can't be refurbished or preowned.
