Hello fellow retards. Lately I've come to a somewhat happy realization. Whenever AI harms people in any way (e.g. it takes an artist's job), usually the majority of people affected deserve it.For example, during early AI image generation, artists online smugly made fun of those pointing out that AI could potentially replace them because it couldn't draw 5-fingered hands. Same with programming, animation, math, writing etc. They always say shit like "I asked this free shitty AI to do X and it did Y, errrm I think my job is safe retard." Right now I'm sure someone on this board is typing that AI "simply regurgitates data" or "is just autocomplete," and therefore if you're worried about it you're dumber than that. You're a bumbling worried buffoon and they're the calm and collected irreplaceable worker who doesn't get excited by sensationalist marketing.So I guess this is a silver lining in the horrible future ahead. It scratches the same itch as seeing liberals suffer from the consequences of liberalism.Pic completely unrelated.
