>>107706304Very few people understand the real issue with USB, the meme is that its not reversible. But that is not why usb is bad. The problem with usb is that the sides are perfectly vertical and square, there is no taper whatsoever, so unless you can see the port its almost impossible to align. There is no tactile feedback to guide you in, the plug is just sliding against the shield, and you have no idea which direction to move it to bring it into alignment.

>>107706304You could put a small sticker dot on the correct side up on the key or fob. Those paint pens can help with this too. But eventually that sticker or the paint will scratch off. USB 1, 2 and 3 full size ports ARE fucking stupidly designed. I will agree with this. The best design would be like a + sign. I don't know how they would figure out positive vs negative but that's not my fucking problem. Shape wise it is superior.
