i haven't downloaded itbut i understand the use case it's a distribution that does not need to download its tools separatelyso if you already have the distribution then you have a suite of software available to you and when you're "pentesting" you do not need to use a network that you are or are not connected to in order to use all of the tools you will likely need for low level scenarios
