How is any human person supposed to prove innocence is AI says you are guilty, and no amount of evidence can change its mind?

There was a case like a couple of months ago when some retard sheriff was accusing a woman of speeding or something, and even after the woman proved in multiple ways that it couldn't have possibly be her at all, the retard insisted on not killing himself for being a retard
