Once I riced i3, I've never needed to do anything further. I also have little to no interest in switching to hyprland or trying anything new. Now granted, when I first messed with linux years ago I switched DEs and distros constantly and tweaked everything because it was all new and interesting. But now I get it and I find tweaking to be a pain in the ass.
