is a locally ran AI trained only on your own art ethical?
sharty won
>>107719112I made ~$4k by just tracing AI art and fixing fingers, but most models can now also do proper fingers, so, who gives a shit lmao
>>107719140iom more asking if say a game studio trained an AI only on games and t4eesturtes it made and generated the assets from that would people still be pissed?
>>107719146Yep they would, the Steam Discussion trannies would mentally explode, not that it matters though, most games including AI generated content get shit talked for 1/2 months and then everyone stops caring.
>>107719112People will always find a way to get pissed. Even if the AI was 100% trained on non copyright, free for everyone, public domain, and then fine tuned with your own art only, people would still say "AI bad", "think of the artists" etc. Obviously this won't matter to someone in this situation, they can draw, have a portfolio, simply don't mention that you have used AI and use your skills to fix wrong shadows, body proportions etc. so nobody will ever know it was AI
