What happened to chatgpt? The only useful usecase I found for it was venting to get psychologycal support. I hadn't used it in the last few months but now it's dumb as fuck, it sounds exactly like Cleverbot. Is OpenAI gutting it for liability like when it stopped mentioning loli, or is it part of the life cycle of ML shit? I seriously can't believe the world's economy depends on something as unreliable as this.
>>107722885>My free AI therapist is hallucinating so I'm bitching on 4chan to get muh validation Stfu faggot kys.
That's one thing I would NEVER consider using AI for. Much less a fucking corporate ran one.Might as well just bitch about your problems in a direct email to google's ad services itself.
>>107723474Is it really a problem though? They get the shit crust of people and they have to scrape the internet for armchair psychologists to solve it. I don't see what they gain from knowing people's families being shit and having money problems/dick issues. They already know all of this is systemic failure.
I'm a non-software engineer who knows how to code but never got a foundational education in it. I use it like one of those strategy game advisors for learning the absolute basics of new coding concepts quickly. And, like those strategy game advisors, it doesn't take long before I'm good enough at that thing to realise when it's talking complete shit.
>>107722885I use 5.2 pro extended for work quite a bit. breddy gud for consolidating information from a variety of sources and giving me something to work off of. it's like a junior engineer that never sleeps but 50x cheaper.
shut the fuck and go buy a GPU for 500% MSRPor better yet, don't and leave them all for sammy, he needs every single of them
>>107722885>psychologycal support.asking help to a bad trained parrot doesnt seem smart
LLMs are just a better search engine. Much better. Like an interactive encyclopedia that can read into the nuance of your prompts. That is literally their only usecase, but it is a very good one.
>>107723672They get more training info, and more info to target you with ads. Also some of us weren't raised in a world where our data was a fucking commodity, and correctly identify that protecting it is important in a day and age where it is.
