Is it better to get a Mayflash HDMI adapter, or just a generic component to hdmi converter like picrel? Not looking to spend too much, just something simple.
>>107726972I've got a generic one and it puts weird diagonal lines across the screen. Never tried a Mayflash. That said, if you don't have component inputs on your TV, it would be better to just emulate the Wii with a device that can actually output HDMI.
>>107726972If you have official component cables, then a generic will work fine.If you have some random component cable set, the Mayflash would probably be better.

>>107727000I have monoprice cables. They looked fine on my old plasma and crt. Would the OEM really be better?>>107727048I heard they make the image a bit dimmer>>107726993Yeah ik, but I'd like to my use my og wii
>>107727104>heard they make the image a bit dimmerIt's possible, those boxes will likely do the same.

>>107727144nah
>>107726972Just emulate with a real Wiimote.
>>107726972I use an OSSC, it's quite good and the input lag is minimal.>>107727144Can't play GameCube games on a Wii U.
>>107729040You can via homebrew, has to be on a SD card or USB, no disc compatibility.
>>107729055How do you plug a controller?
